Innovative Sports Training, Inc is the developer of The MotionMonitor, a 3D real time motion capture system for synchronous data collection from kinematic trackers, EMG, EEG, force plates, digital video, eye-tracking, haptics and stereoscopic Virtual Reality displays. The MotionMonitor is ideal for applications relating to biomechanics, sports, motor control, ergonomics, neuroscience and physical therapy.
We are hiring for a Client Support Engineer (CSE) position in our Chicago office. The desired start date would be in September 2019. The qualifications are below but this is a good glimpse into what we are looking for in an employee:

The Client Support Engineer (CSE) will be primarily be involved in technical support for and application consultation of The MotionMonitor products. The CSE will work closely with clients to design and configure custom turn-key motion capture systems. The CSE will also participate in various activities relating to, but not limited to, product development, product testing and marketing. More specifically, these responsibilities include providing a high level of client support/service; attending conferences for exhibitions; traveling for installations, training and support needs; and effectively conveying concepts and ideas for product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science, Masters of Science in Biomechanics-related field preferred
* Research/laboratory experience, preferably in a biomechanics laboratory with working knowledge of motion capture technologies and other systems such as force plates and EMG
* Demonstrated trouble-shooting and testing experience necessary. This experience would include the planning and execution of tests and reporting of the results.
* Excellent inter-personal, communication and leadership skills.
* Time-management skills
* Self-motivated and Resourceful
